Fforest Cottage, Aberfforest, is situated on the south-west coast of Wales, between the small coastal towns of Fishguard and Newport.
The cottage has superb views towards Dinas Head, the sea and into Aberfforest Bay, just below the house, where dolphins and seals can be seen.
The kitchen is well equipped including an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. There is a washing machine and heated clothes airers. Storage heating throughout, wood burning stove and convector heaters. Gas heater, TV with DVD player and phone. Table tennis table with room to play in the garage (great for the kids) or the open air if required.
The cottage has five bedrooms; one double, three twins, a studio with two double futon beds and also two sofa beds in the living room. So there is ample accommodation for 12 people. There is a bathroom with a shower, a separate shower room, and one cloakroom.
There is a spacious living room with a multi-fuel stove and unrivalled views of Dinas Head and the Preseli Hills.
The cottage also has a large enclosed lawned garden, with a patio that extends all around the house. Situated on a quiet private road with no immediate neighbours, you really can get away from it all. Dogs welcome.
